I have lots of monkling photos too from Arunachal Pradesh which I am reminded of when I see these in your blog.

The first one is my favourite for the etheral glow like light which shines on the face of the monkling. Here it looks not as if it is the flash but maybe something spiritual but on Flickr somehow the glow vanishes.

The first one is indeed adorable, and in the second pic, the lil fellow looks damn cute but has a kinda worried look and the guy next to him looks cool. Lovely pictures.

Oh that ethereal glow ? That is the glow the blog emanates. You wont find thar on flickr :-p

very nice! am in sikkim now and been looking at these “monklings” everywhere - they seem to be just like other children at heart… looking fwd to more ladakh pics from you….
